By following a “bear type” and getting coached by one of our Bear Coaches you will become stronger than ever, at your own pace.
We do this by primarily with barbell exercises, the most natural strength training. You will also get hooked on our system for linear progression, the key that makes you stronger every time you train BearFit. Lastly, we periodize our training programs according to the seasons of the year and the corresponding lifestyle of your bear type. With all this combined, you will be training safely, efficiently, and inspired by nature.
