According to your favorite bear type, you can also be influenced by the weather and season which suits you the best. You might have a different type of goal for each season of the year. That means that each training program you follow, will be valid for as long as your season lasts.
In most cases, the weather of that season will influence the focus of your workout . In exceptional cases, you may choose to follow the season of the environment in which you will perform. You could use the process of getting prepared for a greater challenge in a different country. Despite the weather conditions in your own environment, you can still get prepared for activities like hiking the Himalayas or running through the Saraha desert.
