Most bears wake up from their hibernation in spring, it’s the perfect time to get active and work on conditioning and technique.


The summer is a peak performance moment for many bears with lots of adventures and achievements (sports competitions/outdoor activities)


Autumn is a period of recovery and preparation for the winter. After a successful summer it’s time to cool down through an overall lower intensity of training.


In winter, most bears experience a period of preparation (e.g. strength increase) for the upcoming year. An exception is the polar bear, who achieves in the harsh weather conditions (outdoor sports)
